Covid-19 How we're keeping you and the community safe...

To: Proper Access team, customers, partners, and vendors.

In light of recent events (spread of Delta and Omicron variants) and under advisement with the state of Ohio department of health. And, in light of the upcoming travel and gathering planning for the holidays, read herein our updated our Covid-19 policy statement. We comply with this policy statement to keep ourselves, our customers, and our community safe. These measures are essential due to the physically interactive nature of our business.

These preventative measures include:

  • "Whenever possible stay at least 6 feet from other people. Wash your hands often, try not to touch your face, and frequently disinfect work areas and high-touch items in your workplace with disinfecting cleanser. Don’t share work materials or equipment, especially equipment used near the face. Don’t congregate with others in breakrooms or other areas. Avoid public or shared transportation if possible. Monitor yourself for COVID-19 symptoms and stay home if you experience any or otherwise feel sick."

  • "Employees are not required to wear masks or face coverings if it is not advised due to health reasons, against documented industry best practices, prohibited for a specific position by law or regulation, or a violation of a company’s safety policy. A face covering also is not required if an employee is working alone in an enclosed workspace or if there is a practical reason one cannot be worn."

  • At-home or rapid center testing if suspected exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

  • Providing virtual support whenever possible.

  • Contactless electronic payment options.

  • Generous collections timeframes for invoices.

  • Health and safety regulated protocols when dealing with vendors and partners.

  • Sanitizing common tools, work areas, and vehicles.

  • Team communication about personal measures to protect ourselves, others, and our community.
